If you have any concerns about product quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If the issue is verified as genuine, our team will arrange a replacement.

1. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered. However, refunds may be issued in exceptional cases as listed below.

Non-Delivery of Product

If an order is prepaid and cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount will be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products

All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will provide a replacement.

Product Not as Described

If the delivered product does not match the description, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting proof. Once verified, we will process a refund within 3–5 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot usually be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed. If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
